Odalisca (1862) by the Italian painter Luigi Mussini (1813-1888). Despite it’s already in the fashion of orientalism it’s still a very neoclassical painting.

  1. A classical nude as it is, there´s something real in the composition, some kind of hidden sensation, you know, what's behind those curtains? Because, she´s there exposed, so what seems to await for the expectator inside?
